Absolutely! For groups of 6 or more you can reserve a special time and date for your group! Send us an email to mayra@turisbikes.com with your group’s size and the date needed and we can see what we can do to make sure your attendees have a blast.

We require our riders to  ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION TIME for rider training and initiation. If you cannot arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time you can reschedule your booking with prior notice of at least 48 hours of advance notice before the scheduled tour time and we will work to reschedule you based on tour availability. We will not hold up our rides because of traffic, or other reasons.  It’s like arriving late for a flight. Again, DO NOT BE LATE, because you will forfeit your tickets and no refund or reschedule will be provided. We have to honor the time of the other riders in the tour. 

For reservations made directly here on Turisbikes.com you can reschedule your ride up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you need to cancel, you can do this up to 48 hours* before departure time and receive a full refund. Email us with the booking confirmation and the name the reservation was created under to turisbikes@gmail.com and we will do our best to reschedule your preferred time. This is a bicycle tour so you need to be able to safely ride a bicycle. E-bikes work on the same principle as a bicycle. No refunds will be given if you cannot pass our rider test.  This may not be adventure for you if you can’t confidently ride down the street in your neighborhood. Same day rescheduling will require a 100% rebooking fee. If your reservation was made through a third party such as Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Get Your Guide, Expedia, Groupon, etc you will need to contact your original point of sale for their policies regarding rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds.

We are an outdoor activity. We do operate in light rain and provide complimentary ponchos. If conditions arise that are unsafe to ride in: due to lightning, high winds, heavy rain, sleet, etc we will contact you to let you know if there may be a delay in the start time or if we have to cancel. If we cancel you will have the option to reschedule for a different time or receive a refund.

The total passenger weight allowed is 300 pounds. This also applies to passengers riding with the Ebike driver.  The combined weight of passengers must be 300lbs or less.

Bring your smartphone or camera to capture the fun! We offer baskets for rent if you want to carry a jacket, a small bag or purse but please leave larger items at home. Helmets are provided so no need to bring your own.  Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS please.  

We love animals and we take their safety seriously. We do not allow animals for any reason on our rides. 

Not at all! Our E-bikes that have a maximum speed of 20MPH and do not require a license to operate but we do require anyone operating our e-bike to be at least 16 years of age. Parent/Guardian needs to accompany riders under the age of 18 and be available to sign waivers for all riders under the age of 18. No exceptions! If you can ride a bicycle you will love riding our E-bikes!

Our adventures are approximately two hours long, including rider training. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time for rider training.
